Our Process

Initial discussion & Quotation
We begin with a thorough initial discussion to understand your vision and requirements, assess the site, and establish a budget. Following this, we provide a clear and detailed quotation to kickstart your project

Design and Approval
To begin, you'll need an architect to design your new house. Approval, such as DA (Development Approval) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate), will be required based on the design. You have the option to choose your own architect, or we can assist you in finding one. We offer continuous liaison and consulting services with both the architect and PCA (Private Certifier Authority)

Engineer & CC
Next, we engage an engineer to create structure plans and obtain a construction certificate (CC). The CC legally permits the builder to commence construction on your land.

Construction
During the construction stage, we handle every aspect of building your new home. This includes fencing your land, demolishing any existing structures, preparing the site, laying the foundation, erecting the structure, closing in the exterior with walls and roofing, roughing in plumbing and electrical systems, installing interior linings, completing the fit-out with fixtures and finishes, and landscaping your surroundings. We take care of all construction elements to ensure your new home is built to the highest standards.

Handover & OC
Upon finishing construction, we will deliver both the physical access (keys) and the essential paperwork (as-built documents and occupation certificate)

Warranty
We guarantee a warranty of 6 years for structural elements and 2 years for other components.
